My days are getting longer,
My nights are getting more restless,
As I sit here thinking of you,
And all of those times we had.
I made the biggest mistake,
And when it was too late,
I realized my love for you,
And found out you had someone new.
Whenever I think of your name,
And all the times we had,
I get this enormous pain,
An infinity number of knifes stabbing at my heart.
Nothing will be able to show,
The feelings of my love for you,
And if I could do anything to show you,
I swear to you I would.
If there is anyway to win back your heart,
I would do whatever it takes,
Anything for you because,
I am in love with you.

We tried friendship, and friendship we had.
We tried love, and love we had,
then you broke my heart.
We said we would stay together,
That we were meant to be,
But you said you wanted new people,
I never could see it coming.
I was sad, and sad, and even more sad,
I thought life without you couldn't be possible,
But life moved on,
And so did I
I've had many partners,
But none as great as you,
I experience feeling that I haven't before,
And I thank you, or I wouldn't have a clue about love.
But now we're just friends,
I hope you can understand,
That I still feel that love,
Just only as a friend.
You'll always be remembered,
Not because of your beautiful smile,
Or your pretty eyes,
But because we experience that one true thing everyone wishes to experience,
Love.

I wish that I was there,
To say these words to you,
I wish that I was there,
To tell you how much I do.
I wish that I was there,
To sit around the candlelight,
I wish that I was there,
Walking hand in hand flying a kite.
I wish that I was there,
To be by your side,
I wish that I was there,
Laying in the sun getting fried.
I wish that I ws there,
Listening to what you wanna say to me,
I wish that I was there,
To stop hiding my love so you can see.

So we can hug and kiss,

So you, I do not have to miss.

We've waited so long,
From weird, funny teachers singing a song,
To strict ones saying "throw out your gum,"
We thought this day would take forever to come.
We're now released from our "cage,"
Because today's our turn to walk across the stage.
We're choking up when we try to speak,
As tears of saddness trickle down our cheek.
It's finally time to say goodbye,
But all we seem to do is cry.
We are all together in this place,
While tears still fall quietly upon our face.
The path ahead is full of curves and bends,
Staying close to true high school friends,
Watching each other make important decisions in life,
Through happy times or pains that feel like a knife.
Say goodbye to our teachers and peers,
For it's time to go overcome our biggest fears.
We are the future of the nation,
But for now get back to the celebration!

Run Away
Why is it that all I wanna do is run away?
Run away from all the troubles in my life.
Run away from everything that isn't right.
Far away so I never need to worry. I don't know if I should be feeling like this.
Feeling that I wanna crawl up in a hole.
Feeling like I don't belong here.
Feelings of dislike deep inside.
I just wanna be free.
Free from all these things,
And all the stress that no one needs.
Why is it that all I wanna do is run away?
